That's why it's called "beta".
No, that is not why it is called a BETA. Furthermore, we are not talking about a Beta 1 release of a version 1 but of version 10.3. Now, somewhere in between a version 1 and a version 10.3 someone, anyone, with a bit of brain and nous and know-how would have figured out on what has to be put into place, and how software should be tested by staff being paid on writing it and administrating its implementation and release on the open market, to have the software in a state where it CAN be called a BETA and have people spend their time and money in downloading the product to be able to make judgements about its efficacy and offer suggestions on how to improve it.
