Whishlist

Hi all, is there a special 'OpenSUSE Whishlist' for feature requests? I just came across the website of the Elektra Project (http://elektra.sourceforge.net) and I thought it would be nice if OpenSUSE was one of the first Linux Distros that migrate to use this Registry-System!
