I really don't want to subscribe to yet another list .. So i looked it on the web and found it unhelpful. Surely there is a source that makes it clear what changes to the packaging method has been made?
You can:
(1) upgrade to 15.2
not bloody like;y! I see too many reports of things I use being unusable in 15.2.
(2) rebuild rpm from version 15.2 for 15.1
