15.2 - keepassxc - Bad Solver - requires removal of keepassx 0.4xx (no actual conflict)

All, The .spec for keepassxc has a problem. It refuses to install keepassxc unless the user removes keepassx 0.4.x. That is unneeded. There is no actual conflict and it is ridiculous for the package to insist on removal of a prior competing version. Why was this new forced deprecation added? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
