I suggested pushing back the release so they could just include 4.2, but that was shot down.
Yes, KDE 4.2 would be even nicer than the KDE 4.1.3 + Backports from 4.2. But of the release Team would do wait for KDE 4.2, then some other users and would want to wait for some other important release and so on... There is a good chance, that openSUSE 11.2 will have a fresh KDE 4.3, which should be released some weeks before.
