Ever since I installed KDE 2.0 (NOT 2.01) I have been experiencing random system lockups. By "lockup" I mean that I can do NOTHING. I get no response from mouse or keyboard - I have to reboot the machine. I have uninstalled & reinstalled KDE 2.0 (including the associated QT packages) & it's still happening. Has anyone seen this behavior before? I have downloaded all the KDE 2.01 packages but haven't had time to upgrade. I'm not sure this will make any difference anyway. The lockups occur whether I'm in KDE 2.0 or KDE 1.2. My next step was to remove KDE 2.0 and just see if 1.2 runs OK for awhile. Any other ideas, or suggestions as to what to look at would be appreciated!
TIA,
Mike
