What are you talking about? You've been on this list for ages. Don't tell me you haven't discovered the supplementary packages until now? They've always been there. Every time there's a new KDE release, we get the packages in the supplementary directory. Sometimes there's even a few gnome packages :)
As for Beagle I don't know, but you can rest assured that the newer KDE packages will be there
Yeah, I've been around, and I've seen this before, but it's been since, like 8.2 that I remember a supplement as substantial. Maybe I just haven't been paying attention. I'm not a "KDE" guy. I like KDE, and I think it's better technology, but I like the *apps* better on the Gnome side, and so I just run the desktop to make it all more consistent. So are you saying that there is, indeed, newer "stuff" in those KDE packages, or are they just bug fixes? dk P.S. In addition to beagle, another issue that comes to mind is gaim. That app gets rev'ed all the time, sometimes for security reasons. I wish SuSE would repackage at least that one on the Gnome side.
