Everytime I report something which I consider to be a bug to SuSE's support service I get an auto-reply whining that 'support is only for 'installation problems'. Fair enough but it seems to me SuSE is ignoring valuable feedback to improve the quality of their product (which in all fairness leaves something to be desired, what's the use of hundreds of applications with a shoddy default config). So, how can one submit real bugs to SuSE?
