XFREE86 4.0 is still unstable: check out http://www.xfree86.org/ It will look bad of SuSE if new and existing customers go to 6.4, install XFREE86 4.0 only to find that X11 crashes. XFREE86 4.0 IS included in 6.4 Just not installed by default - use at your risk/pleasure. On the same note, XFree86 say that you will probably get better performance if you stick with 3.3.6, but for some cards they give better performance in 4.0.
