[opensuse] Filemanagers and links

I am migrating from KDE3 to KDE4.1 and looking now to KDE4.3. The thing I use very often is filemanager. Other things I sometimes user are symbolic links. I wonder that in the kde4 version of Konqueror and in dolphin it is difficult to see which items are symbolic or hard links. I even can't find where a link points to. How can I see in one of both filemagers where the link points to ? Do I something wrong or is it not implented ??? Does anybody know ?
