STOP yourself, you're a community member just like myself, why are you concerned about "human resources" instead of the plight of our users?
I am concerned about both, in one side, my main concern is to make components as easier to maintain as possible, the more custom hacks, features that are not upstream, the more likely stuff we produce ends broken.
