Since you need to get to 15.1 soon anyway, you have a chance to get the resolver to fully resolve instead of leaving conflicts. Quite simply:
1: disable or remove *all* optional repos 2: zypper dup 3: confirm success, rebooting or restarting X if necessary 4: change all of /etc/zypp/repos.d/*.repo from 15.0 to 15.1 5: zypper dup 6: confirm success by rebooting with new kernel 7: add back/reenable optional repos that you still require in 15.1, one at a time 8: confirm success, restarting X if necessary 9: if another optional remains to be done, goto 7
And that's what borked a few of my packages.
Err, did it?
You recall I said that I, correctly, 'zypper dup' before changes repos 42.3 -> 15.0. Well that upgraded TBird from the Mozilla repo to 68.2.2
Step 1 included disabling or removing the Mozilla repo before the dup, so you can't have done that properly! -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
