No, he did not. A question about changing the html policy could have been posted with any number of subjects, here is one as an example "Could we please.....". Instead Jim chose to start his message with a subject "I am sick of it....", or something similar, that is inflammatory and invites exactly the kind of response received while as a side effect, or maybe intentional, creating an endless thread that fills everyone's inbox. It is funny how those people that complain about the noise on the list are also responsible for raising the noise level. If people leave out the bitching and moaning, that unfortunately appears to go along with most problem reports, they'll get for the most part a decent answer. It appears to me that many people haven't figured out yet, that "yelling" at the group you would like to get an answer from will generally not yield the results they actually desire.
