I have already install the SpamAssassin. Now how to tell sendmail that spamassasssin exists?
You don't. If you let Yast install and configure sendmail, you don't need to - provided you follow the instructions I already told you. You only need to configure procmail as documented, and as I explained. Please read the docs for details.
I used INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`spamassassin', `S=local:/var/run/spamass.sock, F=,T=C:15m;S:4m;R:4m;E:10m') in the sendmail.cf (but i suspect that this command is for the spamass-milter) and an error concerning the spamass.sock that doen't exist.
If you modified the sendmail configuration, I can not help you.

Alright, it finally worked. Another issue is about spamassassin "decisions" for the same mail. Two similar mails can score different points (one paased and the other failed) Do you know why is that happening?
