Looking at https://networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html/ (the compatibility list for NUT (listed at the bottom of the man page for upsd), I see that many of the entries specify the usbhid-ups driver, which appears to match | 0003:0665:5161.0005: hiddev97,hidraw2: USB HID v1.00 Device [INNO TECH USB to Serial] on usb-0000:00:14.0-2.2/input0 in your log output.
