I don't manage to change the size of the widgets on the desktop under KDE4.
How do I do this?
- Right click on the Desktop - Select Unlock Widgets from the context menu - Hover your mouse cursor over the Widget you want to resize - You should see a small tab extend out of the left or right side of the Widget - The tab has several small icons. The topmost one is the resize "handle", and is a small rectangle with tiny arrows pointing at the top left and bottom right corners - Click on the resize icon and drag the Widget to the size you want - Reposition the Widget so it's in the "right place" on your desktop. - Right click on your desktop - Select Lock Widgets from the context menu
It worked, thanks, but it's not easy to find...
I never read any documentation on it... it seemed rather logical to me when I first encountered it. It's pretty much the same principal as Google gadgets, and Windows Vista use for their widgets.

Vista gadgets can be moved by simply simply click+drag. Google gadgets can be moved by simply click+Drag on the title bar. Of course, this gadgets don't have to be locked down 24/7 to keep them from running away like wayward children. -- __________________________________________________________ Somebody stoled my tag line.
