these are the things that pist me off of SUSE
90 days from the moment you registered it. Not 90 days from the day one needs support. If you registered 65 days ago and they are saying this then you have a complaint.
As far as the installation support. It's just that support getting it *installed*.. not configured. It has never, ever, ever, ever been like this. Not when I first started using SUSE (4.2), not when I worked for SUSE (6.2 - 7.2) and it isn't now. Sorry.

BTW. I'm sure somone on this list can help you with this issue. Send an email with all the details and someone will pick up the ball. Otherwise you can get a card known to work. I know Fred and others have spoken of WiFi cards that give no issues. My Intel Pro that came with my Dell worked with no issue. -- "There is no need to teach that stars can fall out of the sky and land on a flat Earth in order to defend religious faith."

and i registered it 3 days ago
You get support nfor installing it, not configuring it, and they STILL TRIED TO HELP YOU...... If I could slap people over TCP/IP/ Let me tell you. If you want your hand held for more than installation, drop some money on Enterprise.
I'm assuming it is 9.3 that you registered? If so then check that you are using the correct registration number. It may sound daft but I have found that many browsers tend to keep a list of the different registration numbers in a drop down box. This is when you access the support page online and attempt to file a support incident. If you do have the correct number then SuSE are most definitely at fault for saying your support has run out. You should have 87 days left.
