Have you rebuilt your initramfs? Starting with 13.2, the preferred method is via dracut.
Actually using plain dracut resulted in unbootable system for me; using mkinitrd (which is a wrapper above dracut) worked. I did not investigate it further.
Try, running "dracut -f" as root then rebooting.
Thanks Brandon and Andrei, I missed the point about rebuilding imitramfs. mkinitrd made it.
