Are you using KDE or Gnome?
Gnome on 10.3
2) When I select View
Text Size > Increase, it does not appear to save my increased text size settings the next time I restart Firefox.
And it shouldn't. To make it permanent, go in Edit/Preferences/Content and there select fonts and font sizes.
Hmm you might be right. Since this is one of those one-time settings, I may have previously done it there and forgotten about it. However, trying your method, I'm discovering the same crash problem I mentioned below about downloads. As soon as I click Preferences, Firefox hangs/crashes on me again, just like when I attempt to download files. So, I guess I can't try your method right now. Although, I'm fairly certain I went into Preferences at least once since I installed 10.3 3 days ago.
In a situation like this, how do I know whether this is a bug to submit to OpenSuse or to Mozilla?
You can do both, but it is better always to ask on the corresponding mail list/forum to see if other users experience the same problem - i.e. if it is a common bug, or something with your settings is not right.
Thanks, That's what I needed to know. Okay... let's get the ball rolling then. :-) Anyone else seeing the same funky problems as me? Bryen
Cheers
