Then I suspect it is an issue specific to your config.
Just to. I might be one thing 'debugging this' peering over your shoulder, accessing your keyboard and doing a frenzy of searches, but debug-by-email is slow and interpretation prone. It might depend, for example, not only on the add-on/plug-ins you have but how your desktop is configured or how your system is set up in a larger context. if this were me I'd take a morning out to change to a radically different desktop and run just that one application. The do it again with all the add-ons disabled. The add one other application. Early in my engineering career I had this strict 'scientific' approach knocked into me by an older, more experienced engineer when I tried taking short cuts in debugging. Short cuts, were fine, when you know which ones to take, but often in dealing with pernicious problems such as $SUBJ you don't know which one to take and you find yourself, as is the case in this thread, making unscientific wild assed speculation. At that point you have to <strike>drop back and punt</strike> become scientific and reductionist in your approach and minimise the variables. -- A: Yes. > Q: Are you sure? >> A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. >>> Q: Why is top posting frowned upon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
