90 days from the moment you registered it. Not 90 days from the day one needs support. If you registered 65 days ago and they are saying this then you have a complaint.
As far as the installation support. It's just that support getting it *installed*.. not configured. It has never, ever, ever, ever been like this. Not when I first started using SUSE (4.2), not when I worked for SUSE (6.2 - 7.2) and it isn't now. Sorry.

Ben is quite right. I admit to being a little brassed off when I approached SuSE for support some time ago. I had not read the support details properly, slap on the wrist for me, I was in the wrong. It is quite specific. SuSE make their money mostly from selling support to business. This covers configuration. Just think what it's like with M$ You pay at least double the price of SuSE for an inferior OS with an awful lot less in the package. Ask them for help? You'll get an even bigger runaround.
