I installed mysql off the installation disk. When I went to use mysqladmin it could not find the command. I looked in all the usually places for it. I even did a search on my hard drive and came up empty. So I have tried to use YAST to uninstall and re-install and mysqladmin is still not available.
Check the install log when Yast is done. There must be a dependency error or something out of whack. I did the fresh install and picked mysql, and it worked and started during bootup without intervention. Chris Geske LIMS Manager Northern Lake Service, Inc. ph: 715-478-2777 email: lims@newnorth.net
