not even necessary to subscibe
In Thunderbird it *IS* necessary to subscribe to 'other' folders.
when I openned the tool windows, the subsciption was already ticked.
DUH? Its not under the tools folder, its on a per account basis. To be fair, having done a google search, there is a LOT of outdated information about this. Some of it seems MS-Windows centric as well. This is the only article I found that comes close to the version of Thunderbird I've been using this year. I currently have T'Bird 31.6, but this has been the way it works from the 20-something under Linux. Of course you may have plugins/extensions that you haven't told us about which alter things. http://kb.siteground.com/how_to_subscribe_to_an_imap_folder_with_thunderbird... Please note: nothing to do with "Tools" and everything to do with the accounts in the left pane in 3-pane mode. -- A: Yes. > Q: Are you sure? >> A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. >>> Q: Why is top posting frowned upon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
