SuSE 9.1 and YaST License

Hi, Anyone knows if SuSE have changed YaST license to GPL for 9.1 version? Till v 9.0 it was prohibited to redistribute YaST on any media carreer including ISO images on ftp. However, I am need to build a custom installation which is distributable via ftp as ISO images, not just separate files.
