Hi all, and sorry if this is too basic a question, but I am really struggling (my eyes hurt!!)
Can I take a old XF86Config-4 for my machine (Mandrake's and working pefectly) and put it as the XF86Config-4 for my Suse 8.2 pro?
Actually I would only need to substitute the monitor part. Would that be possible?
Thanks very much,

If the monitor settings, size, frequency etc are same I don't see why not. But using the Suse tools, yast2 or sax2, isn't complicated. If the monitor is not seen all thats needed is to select the correct H.freq and V.freq, take about 2 minutes to complete. -- del suse-linux-e
