Why not look at the openSUSE HCL? http://en.opensuse.org/HCL/Desktops

Just did, thanks. No entries there:)
Go to the bottom of the page. Big list of SuSE compatible machine vendors. Click on the manufacturer of your choice. For example, several Dell boxes listed.

Thanks Tony!
Sorry, I didn't see that, my bad. That's one weird page,

Boris. Another way to approach it would be go to the HCL and go to Main boards.
http://en.opensuse.org/HCL/Main_Boards This list has a lot of boards compatible with openSUSE. As an example my DX48BT2 Intel board. It is not listed under desktops since I had my system custom built. But you could find an vendor that uses one of the motherboards list. This board has worked with openSUSE 11.0 and 11.1, with KDE 4.2 I have had acouple of KDE issues but none were related to the motherboard. At one time HP offered opensuse based desktops, don't know if they still do. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
