[opensuse] I want SCPM back!

I am disappointed to discover that SCPM is not anymore on OpenSUSE. Networkmanager is NOT a replacement. I need to do heavy changes to configurations as I change networks. I am using the packages from 11.2, but I really WANT SCPM back. I hope that if we are many, scpm packages will be released again.
