[opensuse] Calendar wdiget acting funny

Hi - I got a funny thing going on with the calendar widget on just my laptop. It works fine on other systems, but on my laptop the calendar shows about half the dates grayed out, or with just bits of the characters showing up. Anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening?
