Am I wrong ? If so, how else can I achieve that spamd is always automatically started at boot ?
cd /etc/init.d insserv spamd
<snip> Hmm, I did this, but still it's not started after boot. What's worse, I noticed that when starting spamd (in the runlevel editor), immediately after that it has stopped again. Why ? I must be overlooking something, but what ? I did the spamassassin installation with YaST and all went well (as far as I can judge). Could there be something else that I must set or trigger ? As I said before, I have spamd under 8.2 running without problems and I can't recall that I had to do something special there. Cheers -- Jan Elders Nuenen the Netherlands
