Dear all,
I installed Opera 7.11 yesterday and the Java 2.0 Runtime from the SuSE 8.2 disks today. How do I get Opera to recognize/use the Java Runtime?
In the multimedia options - you can choose the relevant directory and get Opera to check it for you.
You need to restart Opera to make it actually work tho.
You will probably find it near: /usr/lib/SunJava2-1.3.1/jre/lib/i386 or /usr/lib/java/jre/lib/i386 Look for libjavaplugin_jni.so and Opera wants the name of the directory containing this file. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org
