Dnsmasq is now installed by default, just use it.
In "/etc/dnsmasq.conf" tell dnsmasq to ask the router or isp or whatever.
server=192.168.1.1
seems to be not even necessary I didn't know about dnsmasq (or really didn't have had time to t'est it yet), and decided to follow your advice. I found the /etc/dnsmasq.conf file filed with comments and probably no other things and decided not to touch it in the beginning go to yast and set 127.0.0.1 as dns as a result yast wrote in resolv.conf *two* IP as dns, 127.0.0.1, but also my routers one (192.68.0.254, the one returned by dhcp). See below the systemctl status. browsing seems faster, but may it's only an impression :-( thanks jdd systemctl status dnsmasq.service -l dnsmasq.service - DNS caching server.
