Hmm ...
So I tried looking for packages no longer available that are on my system. One I just found worries me:
ucode-intel - Microcode Updates for Intel x86/x86-64 CPUs I have 20180108-16.1-x86_64 from vendor openSUSE
I don't see where you could get that one.
Wasn't that the first 'fix' from intel that was pulled back?
I had just upgraded an older 42.2 to 42.3, that one does also have the 20170707 version.
(and yet again, I'm severely annoyed that YaST won't let me cut and paste text!!!! GRR)
:) run the ncurses version in a terminal :)
but what I'm worried about is what is the correct version to have? And why hasn't YaST given me the correct version, and/or indicated that I do have the correct version?
Maybe you have a version that was removed :-?
See above, at least on TW it had been revoked, and ISTR for Leap, too.

Yes. I just submitted a revert. ... n Leap I only removed it from the update servers. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
