You might have stuff on that partition and the mounted other partitions over it. To check do:
# mkdir /tmp/mnt # mount -o bind /dev/sda6 /tmp/mnt
check out /tmp/mnt/home, /tmp/mnt/boot{,/efi}, /tmp/mnt/run, ...
