Any chance the memory usage might be dependent on the setup - IMAP or POP accounts, indexing etc ?
I don't expect so. As I've observed, I have 18 internet IMAP accounts, two Gmail accounts, fetchmail polling about a dozen accounts into my local system that Dovecot manages and indexes and that TB has two IMAP connections to, one to the 'archived (aka more than 1 year, 18 months or so old) and one to the more current and more personal (such as regular personal correspondents or finances). What delays the accessing of any single message are a) it has massive attachments that need downloading b) the heading from some individuals (such as Simon Lee) seem to take a long time to process. Often this is the DKIM signature but for Simon it is the Autocrypt line. ??WTF?? But then, consider, I work almost exclusivity in plain text, so I'm not faced with HTML rendering. -- A: Yes. > Q: Are you sure? >> A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. >>> Q: Why is top posting frowned upon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
