I've installed most of the modules from usr-local-bin, how can I login to a Gnome session instead of a KDE session? Are there any special rpms that need to be installed, is there a meta rpm? Do I have to fiddle with configfiles?
Assuming that you're using kdm to log in (the default graphical login manager), there's a little menu below the login boxes for name and password that currently will say "kde". Click on this and select "gnome", and there you are!
