Which countries are you interested in? Here in the UK, I pay £24 p/m for a 24mbit down, 1.3mbit up uncapped DSL connection. In South Africa I paid about that much just for line rental on a 192kbit down, 64kbit up ADSL. Add onto that about £5 per GB in ISP fees.
