use Yast/Miscellaneous/Alternatives and set the "postgresql" line so it looks like "postgresql /usr/lib/postgresl96 manual" in the window display i.e. highlight it and click edit button - in the "Choice" window i have"/usr/lib/postgresl10 100" "/usr/lib/postgresl96 96"
Ok, i need more help on this. Where is Yast/miscelanous/Alternative? I have the italian version, so there is: various (is like miscelaneous) inside i have - snapper - systemlog - journal of systemd - cd of the producer.
So probably it is not this yast miscelaneous or i have to install some yast package? You speak about yast2 via GUI right? Or are you talking about CLI yast?
It is an addition to yast, you probably need to install it. I'll try on my laptop. I'm accessing remotely over 1 meter away ;-), so using ssh: cer@Telcontar:~> ssh -X root@Legolas.valinor Last login: Sun Jul 15 23:56:22 2018 from 192.168.1.14 Have a lot of fun... Legolas:~ # And then, I'll use zypper to search for the package; I already had a guess at the name. First I tried "yast-*", failed. Then "yast*", too many, but it was already there. So finally: Legolas:~ # zypper se yast2-a* Loading repository data... Reading installed packages...
