That would be for the trash on Thunderbird, not the server. When using imap, it is the same. Yes, I know. I run imap on my own server, but one cannot assume that as many people have never heard of it.
However, I know from my last stay in Canada that AT&T prefers their clients to use webmail, they push their clients to stop using other clients, and do not support imap, only pop3.
I much prefer to use a regular email client to webmail. I use fetchmail to pull my email using pop3. However, my ISP uses Yahoo for email and while my ISP doesn't support imap, if I use the Yahoo server names, instead of my ISP's, then imap is available, along with the secure versions of pop, smtp & imap. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
