You are fortunate to get that error, because the repo is broken. If you install anything from there, who knows what will happen to your system.
"Update Error" Permission to access 'http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_12.2/repodata/repomd.xml' denied.
Do what Dennis said: «YaST Software Repositories. Find and delete that old and strange Packman 12.2 repository.
