The presence or absence of LO help files has no relevance to this.
I do use the help some times.
I can't recall ever having used the help facilities with 'writer', but then I only ever use it as a word processor; occasional I mock up business cards or do prompt cards, but that's just using a template or adjusting page size -- no big deal. Normally I just use 'calc' for lists of numbers, budgeting, reporting, that sort of thing, but I do recall having to do a date calculation and average calculation and referring to the 'help'. It was 'dictionary perfect' and completely useless. I went to the net-of-a-billion-lies for some practical advice and examples. Now I know better and the 'net is my first recourse. -- A: Yes. > Q: Are you sure? >> A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. >>> Q: Why is top posting frowned upon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
