Wie bekomme ich die Grafische Oberfläche von Rechner a auf Rechner b? Win > Unix funktioniert z.B. mit exceed wunderbar wenn ich aber mit exceed auf die Linux-Rechner zugreifen möchte kommt kein login. MfG Rainer

Welches Programm ist _exceed_ und wo bekomme ich das her? Ich interessiere mich auch schon länger diesem Thema, nur finde ich nichts. Für WIN>WIN gibts ja pcAnywhere, aber vergleichbareres für WIN>LIN oder LIN>WIN oder LIN>LIN hab ich noch nicht gefunden. Peter

Du kennst vnc? Das ist zwar nicht das allerschnellste, erfuellt aber Deine ANsprueche. Win auf Lin, Lin auf Win und alle anderen Kombinationen auch. Es gibt auch eine schnellere Version von VNC, ich habe sie allerdings noch nicht im Test gehabt. Gruss Peter Blancke -- Nachtwaechter ist der Wahnsinn, weil er wacht...

http://cygwin.com/ das ist ein Linux für Windows inkl. Xterminal XWin
funktioniert echt gut die andere möglichkeit ist natürlich Webmin
www.webmin.org aber ohne Yast2 möglichkeit. Funktioniert aber einwandfrei.

Ich kenn exceed nicht, musste aber ähnlich zu Reflection sein. Es gibt mehrere Wege, über XDMCP, Telnet oder SSH. Wenn Du mit XDMCP arbeiten willst, musst Du in /etc/X11/xdm die Datei xdm-config editieren. Den letzten Eintrag einfach Auskomentieren. ,----[ xdm-config ]- | !DisplayManager.requestPort: 0 `---- Bei der 7.3 siehe http://sdb.suse.de/de/sdb/html/remotex_73.html Anschließend den xdm/kdm/gdm neustarten. Nun solltest Du mit exceed den normalen X-Anmeldebildschirm bekommen. HTH Thomas
