Wenn nein, würde ich die entsprechenden Zeilen in der /etc/httpd.conf auskommentieren. Hast Du schon eine "komplette neuinstallation" von Apache versucht?

Ehrlich gesagt, habe ich noch nie so viele Module in einem Apache gesehen. Alleine 8 Module zur Authentifizierung. Arbeitest Du bei einem Hoster oder hast Du einfach alle Module installiert, die auf der CD waren? Soll nicht böse sein, aber ich denke, daß es nur wenig Vorteile bietet erst einmal alles zu installieren. Manchmal ist weniger mehr.
