Du moechtest bestimmt im SuSE Hanbuch, Anhang c), den Linux Verzeichnisbaum studieren und verstehen lernen! Unter UNIX gibt es keine c: d: e: ... mehr. Programme gehoeren in ein bestimmtes Verzeichnis. .....oder teile Deine Festplatten vernünftig auf. Eine Möglichkeit wäre z.B.: /dev/hda1 als / /dev/hdb1 als /usr /dev/hdb2 als /home Letzendlich ist es eine Erfahrungssache, wo was am besten gemountet wird. Bei mir ist grundsaetzlich jede /dev/xdy2 (x = h fuer IDE oder s fuer SCSI, y = Buchstabe fuer die Festplattennummer) eine 120 MB Swap-Partition. Ob Du sie brauchst, ist eine andere Frage, bei genuegend Platz schadet es aber auf keinen Fall. !!! Vorsicht !!! Bevor Du versuchst, die Verzeichnisse auf andere Festplatten zu legen, auf jeden Fall "man cp" lesen und verstehen, wie Du Benutzerrechte und Besitzerdaten mitkopierst. Am besten, Du machst vorher ein _komplettes_ Backup..... bye, Sebastian
