Hallo zusammen! Ich bin gerade dabei meinen Drucker an meine Server anzuschliessen, um dann von meinem Arbeitsplatzrechner darauf drucken zu können. Leider funktioniert das ueberhaupt nicht: - Ich habe mit dem apsfilter Setup meinen Drucker auf dem Server eingerichtet und der tuts auch. - Dann habe ich in der printcap des clients den entsprechenden remote Eintrag gemacht. - Druckversuch gestartet - nichts passiert. Fehlermeldung: mein_Server: lpd: Your host does not have line printer access - Aha: also, noch mal ein bisschen was gelesen und dann die hostnamen in der hosts.lpd des Servers eingetragen und lpd neu gestartet. - Immer noch nichts. Das Gleiche dann auch auf dem Client gemacht. Wieder nichts. So, jetzt bin ich mit meiner Weisheit am Ende. Weiss vielleicht einer von euch weiter? Weiss vielleicht einer von euch weiter?
Damit habe ich auch schon gekämpft. Suche mal in der Supportdatenbank unter remote drucken, da sollte drinstehen, wie man die Rechte von /dev/lp? auf dem Server ändern muss.
