Sagt er hier nicht, dass er geladen ist, und dass er vor 6 min erfolgreich syncronisiert hat? Ich weiss nicht. Ich lese das so, dass er vor 6 minuten einen TIMEOUT hatte. Und das ist wohl nich OK, wahrscheinlich nicht synchronisiert. Dazu passt doch 'failed'.

Und dann sagt er, dass er den Daemon gar nicht starten kann?

systemctl disable ntp-wait.service
Ergab keinerlei Rückmeldung und hat nicht geholfen (was unter diesen Umständen zu erwarten war).
Das ntp-Paket ist installiert. Ich werde jetzt dem zweiten Vorschlag nachgehen und Rückmeldung geben. Gerade habe ich die mail gelesen. Beim nachsehen bei mir finde ich die configurationsdatei /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf NICHT.
