So kam sie bei mir auch an. Im Versendet-Ordner ist es allerdings Content-Type: text/plain; charset="ISO-8859-15"

Jep, sauberes UTF-8. Und diese mail von mir ist in latin9/ISO-8859-15, nur damit's interessant bleibt ;)
