Yes, but we do not merge all the languages every week. If you want to work on a language besides cs de es fr hu ja pl pt_BR, drop me a line, and I'll merge that language, too.

Be careful - having the po file won't help anything and our tools do not support any other languages. Ok, but what does this mean? Do we have to file enhancement requests if a translator wants to work on a "new" language?

Yes and it does not make sense to start translating before it's implemented.
