No, it is not a rename issue. If the correct file name is indeed services-manager, it is that the devs "forgot" to create the translation hooks for it, or to submit the file to us.

Well, there is hwinfo module, but a file in our translation repo is still tune.pot. So when "devs "forgot" to create the translation hooks for it" I call it "rename issue".
This is OK. The module contains a line defining textdomain to be tune, which apparently means that all strings surrounded by _(' and '), should be placed in the file tune.pot. -- fr.gr.
