[opensuse-translation] KDE translations for the next Leap release

Dear translators, the next Leap release is in the "rolling" development. So we should start with our translations again. :-) Thanks for your contributions to the last Leap release. That was great! We have to support KDE now with a po file: https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/desktop_playground-base_plasma-p... That will be needed for the default installation.
