While it is in some other OBS repo there is no single reason for inclusion of its translations in our trunk. While there are no technical obstacles for Manu to get svn access and push his *.pot files in respective directory, I believe there should be some organizational limitations on this. For sure Karl will shed some more light on this, but personally I would recommend to use some 3rd party translation service, like Transifex or Weblate.
SAX2 was AFAIK a SUSE specific application. So the question here is, is SAX3 a SUSE specific application? If yes, its translation should be part of lcn. If not, it is X11 or Xorg related and should be part of those. -- fr.gr.
